Dean calls it quits. Associated Press is reporting that Howard Dean has announced his withdrawl from the Democratic primaries. Dean, who has won none of the seventeen races that he contested, despite being the man to beat less than three months ago. The Dean campaign will be remembered for its grass roots appeal, and the innovative use of the internet, especially blogs.
