this is really interesting.
do you think it's physiological or poor choices that they make that causes depression (i am looking at you George Bush senior)
The article didn't mention this specifically, but it would be my guess that these were conditions they suffered life-long, rather than circumstantial.
The more interesting question is whether their depressions effected their performance as president.
